Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle. Contact our support team to make changes to your plan.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! The setup fee and monthly subscription are all you pay. If you need custom cloud resources (extra storage, additional bandwidth), we pass those along at cost with full transparency.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and can work with purchase orders for Professional plan customers. Payment terms are flexible for enterprise clients.
