What's included in the setup fee?
The one-time setup fee covers secure workspace setup, guided configuration, standard workflows and permissions, branding, and launch support. Guided CSV tools are included; concierge migration and extended training are quoted separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle. Contact our support team to make changes to your plan.
Are there any hidden fees?
We show the setup installment and software subscription before checkout. Domains, optional add-ons, concierge migration, training, and exceptional cloud usage are separate and disclosed before purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
Starter and Growth self-serve launches require a card for the $199 deposit and scheduled billing. Bank transfers or purchase orders may be arranged for sales-assisted Elite deployments.
